Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
Yes of course! If you do not achieve profit from your purchased tips, the next 2 tips will be sent absolutely free of charge. Free tips are automatically send on the following match days, as and when available. We regret that we do not allow members to select the free tips matches.

Can I request for refunds?
After payment has been confirmed, we are not able to provide any refunds in any circumstances. Doing so will enable us to focus on delivering the best possible tips to our members.

Can I pay using bank transfer or Western Union?
We strongly encourage online payments by credit cards, debit cards using PayPal. You will allow INSTANT access if you make payment by Paypal as we have our backend server link up with the server with Paypal. However, to accommodate more members, we are open to accepting other form of payments. Please contact our support team for more information.

How & when do you send tips to members?
All tips from us are original Macau information, sent direct from Macau by SMS text +853-66967458, latest 1 hour before match starts. Upon request, tips can also be delivered by email if necessary.

Which odds are your tips based on?
All our tips are based only on the popular Asian Handicap Odds. All odds are obtained directly from SBOBET, one of Asia's most established and largest Asian Handicap Odds bookmaker.

After making payment, what should I do?
You will receive a confirmation email from our support team within 3-6 hours during match days. Tips will be automatically be sent by SMS text, latest 1 hour before match starts. No hassle of logins or waiting by your computer for others to update the tips on their websites. And there's no password to remember!
