Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
Yes of course! If you do not achieve 2/2 winners from your 2 purchased tips, the next 2 tips will be sent absolutely free of charge. Free tips are automatically delivered on the following match day, as and when available. We regret that we do not allow members to select the free tips matches. All free tips matches are exactly the same as those matches posted at our website!

Can I request for refunds?
After payment has been confirmed, we are not able to provide any refunds in any circumstances & conditions. Doing so will enable us to focus on delivering the best possible tips to our members.

Can I pay using bank transfer or Western Union?
